Sew a Brown Bunny *EDITED*

Here is my Spring chart - Sew a Brown Bunny! Stitched on 40ct Newcastle Raw linen with AVAS Soie d'alger 2125 and 4115.

You can find this chart *here* or by clicking on the CHARTS button on the sidebar.

Please note I am taking a short break from designing so this will be the last chart for a little while. There has been a real lack of interest of late and I feel that maybe I am wasting my time which could be otherwise utilized. I purposely kept the cost of my charts low (please bear in mind that Paypal take a cut) so as to make them available to most people and I have tried to give a good service. A big thank you to my regular customers for their interest in my designs.

Thanks for visiting
Take care

*Edited* Thank you for all the encouraging emails and comments received. I will only be taking a short hiatus so please rest assured that I will be back as I have a lots of charts already charted and many more ideas still in my head. For those enquiring as to the availability of my existing charts these will still be available during this time.

Oh Carol, this is just so beautiful. Your US buddies will be buying this one up. Hope you have made lots of copies! These are going to be collectors items -- just wait and see. Much love from the US. Diana

The lack of interest certainly doesn't reflect any shortcoming on your end. Stitchers are very versatile... They'll be back !

Oh wow I adore this one Carol. I'm sorry there's been a lack of interest. It's a real shame but I'm sure as Valie says it will come back.

So sorry to hear you stop designing! It's certainly not because of you or your designs...

Oh Carol so sorry to see you so disheartened. I love your designs and I see people doing them all over blogland. Keep your chin up.

Love this chart! Will be emailing you to do another order. Sure hope you don't take the slowdown in orders personally. There has been a lot of unrest all over the world, which usually affects people's spending habits because of uncertainty. I hope you will just take a little break and come back refreshed and full of ideas! Hugs.

I hope that your past patterns will still be up for sale? Pretty please? I know that many will miss your lovely little whimsies but I understand you have to do what feels right for you. You've made some great works, be proud. I know that we are proud of you.

    Take care,

This is so cute - I love it! Your patterns are wonderful and very, very reasonably priced! I think this has more to do with the state of the world (economy) than anything else! Thanks -

    Hi Carol:
As a designer, I know how frustrating it can be to have a lack of feedback. I want to tell you that your designs are beautiful, and I'm sure you have a following that would sorely miss you were you to quit creating the lovely things you do.

Thanks for joining the birthday party with your bunny design. I'm sure Shell will love seeing it!

    Blessings,
    Donna
    xoxo

I don’t design for cross stitch, but I do make craft items, and I know I get discouraged when something that I’ve made doesn’t sell. I’ve found the solution is to only make something that I love, and would be happy to keep, so if you feel like you are wasting your time, you should take a break, and focus on something that you feel like isn’t a waste of time – you can come back to designing again when you feel renewed.

    Good luck!
