Kirby and I went to the Aiguilles en fête needlework fair in Paris earlier this month. Unfortunately I didn't take too many pictures at the show although here is one of M Roulot of the wonderful Nogent scissors! I  was a little disappointed with the show this year as it was more for fabrics and quilting than stitching but we had a fun time and I will post some sightseeing pictures later but in the meantime here is one showing that we left a lock on the famous Bridge of Locks near the Notre Dame!

*NEW* Sew Stitching Soothes the Soul

*NEW* from iStitch Designs - Sew Stitching Soothes the Soul. This 6" x 4" tray is made by Doodlin' Around Designs of Wisconsin, USA *here* and has, etched on the base, the words 'Stitching Soothes the Soul' as can bet seen in the second picture. This inspired me to design the above which fits exactly into the base of the tray but is removable by pulling the small tassel on the left side. The trays are available from numerous US stores so check out Doodlin's website for the store locator.

This would also make a lovely Valentine gift stitched in red and you could hide a message for your loved one in the secret space under the stitching.

And how wonderful this would be framed to hang on your sewing room wall. Endless ideas for one design.

This chart will be released at the Nashville show at the end of February and can be ordered at your LNS (please ask your store owner to order via Stitching Pretty) or you can pre-order it directly from me by emailing me - my email address can be found on my profile.
